How long does delivery take?
Blank stock ships faster than decorated orders. We send your proof within 1–3 business days, and nothing is printed or embroidered until you approve it. Embroidery and DTF orders then usually take 2–4 weeks; sublimated garments are made to order, usually 2–4 weeks from approved design. Once dispatched, tracked delivery takes 3–7 working days to metro areas and 5–10 working days to regional areas.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Decorated garments are made to order with your logo, so check sizes before you approve your quote. If anything arrives faulty or not as ordered, contact us. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.
How do I choose sizes?
Most products include the manufacturer's size chart in centimetres. If one doesn't, ask and we'll send the measurements before you order. For team orders, we can send a size chart to circulate.
What decoration options do you offer?
Embroidery and DTF printing, both done in Australia. Embroidery suits polos, caps and jackets; DTF is great for full-colour logos and fast turnarounds.
Is there a minimum order for custom logos?
The minimum order is 5 decorated garments. Mix sizes, colours and styles to reach it.
Do you do bulk or team pricing?
Yes. Use the team order form to send your requirements and we'll come back with volume pricing and a free digital mock-up within 1–3 business days.
How can I pay?
Items with a price shown can be paid by card at checkout. Everything else is quoted first and invoiced once you approve the quote. Business and club accounts can ask for an invoice on any quoted order.
